Asher Witkin is a singer-songwriter from Berkeley, California. He started performing when he was 4 years old, singing at the Great American Music Hall in California with the Punk Rock band Tribe 8.

Since then, he’s sung with Coldplay, Daveed Diggs, The Head and the Heart, The Stone Foxes, Alexander Rybak, Woody Goss, Ivan Neville, and recorded for Kehlani.

In 2018, Asher released his debut album, Becoming Home.

Asher studied contemporary music at Columbia College Chicago, and Pop Songwriting at Popakademie in Mannheim, Germany. His single, 'It Sounds Different’ was his first to be signed to a label, Monthly Hits Records.

Asher lives in Portland, Oregon where he works as a songwriter. He’s written with artists including Graham Candy, Alexander Rybak, Robin Brink, Pink Mario, Cajor, the Planetoids, and more.

He also teaches private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, and songwriting, and has worked with Kairos Music Academy since 2018.
